Policy

For Reservations:

  • Long-term contracts (more than one year): You can reserve anytime.
  • 6-month contracts: Check availability 2 months before.
  • 3-month contracts or less: Only from April to September; check availability 1 month before.

Additional Rules:

  • 🚭 No Smoking (inside the property).
  • 🚫 No Children permitted in condominiums.
  • 🐾 No Pets permitted in any of our properties.
***Please be aware that from November 20th to November 30th, living in the center of Ajijic can be very festive and loud! Traditional celebrations include fireworks, skyrockets, parades, and large street fairs.
